I am currently studying as a Health & Wellness Coach with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in London. As a Student Health & Wellness Coach, I work alongside you to help you gain the knowledge, skills, tools and confidence to take control of your own lifestyle.

We can plan and map out a realistic exercise approach, nourishing food choices and lifestyle changes to enable you to fully reach your chosen health goals. I will support you by understanding your personal health challenges and preferred goals and can give supportive guidance to set you on a healthier and happier pathway.
As with any lifestyle change, it can be challenging to know where to start, so we work together to identify and resolve any barriers that may be in your way. As humans we are creatures of habit, so to kickstart the process, we begin with small and realistic steps that make you feel good. Seeking healthy habits that you find enriching and look forward to makes the process of living a healthy life easier and eliminates resistance. Switching to a healthier lifestyle can affect everything. Having more energy and motivation means that you can do more and be there for others and live your life to the fullest!
