Solution Focused Hypnotherapy combines Hypnotherapy with elements of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is incredibly effective for making positive changes over a relatively short period of time. It is a proven way to change negative and unhelpful thought processes and behaviours. Your sessions will enable you to replace these with improved thought processes and behaviours that will support and serve you in a much more positive way.
